Directions/Instructions	Drain and Grease Trap Maintenance During initial start-up, manually dilute product at a rate of 1:3 with warm water and pour about 1 gallon (3.78 L) of diluted solution down each floor drain in the facility Dose daily at a rate of 5 - 30 oz. / day (148 mL - 886 mL/day) into the drain, trying to get the product past the P-trap in the drain line at the drain closest to the grease trap. Dose at the higher end of the range for the first 2 weeks of treatment and then gradually lower the rate as the bacteria population is built in the drain system. Odor reduction should be noticeable within 24 hours after the initial dosing<br />Septic Tanks Dose daily at a rate of 0.05 - 0.17 oz. per gallon (1.48 - 4.7 mL / 3.78L) of septic tank capacity, depending on the soil load in the septic tank In food processing or handling areas, all food products and packaging materials must be removed or carefully protected prior to use Not for use on food contact surfaces or direct food contact<br />For Food Plant Use Avoid contamination of food during use or storage.
